The San Gennaro Festival in Little Italy happens once a year from the 13th of September to the 23rd in NYC. I was lucky this year as I was able to be there when it was going on. Its always a fun and packed place full of food, rides, games, things to buy and of course lots of Italians! I love it for many reasons, but perhaps the best is people watching and eating all that fattening food. The whole street carnival energy that it brings to the area is especially exciting. Its a must-see Fall event, especially if you want to get away from stuffiness of Fashion Week! Okay..I need a pizza slice and some funnel cake...pronto!
