More importantly, its also gives a quick synopsis of its owner and their particular interests both past, present and perhaps even the future. It acts like a museum or gallery installation ever so art directed yet so utilitarian. Its storage that needs to be seen. A beautiful object d'art or a travel souvenir, perhaps a childhood photo, or even a first edition book, now out of print. Its an open treasure chest full of sentimental values, something that keeps you grounded and "well-versed." Its storage and display without the cramping or suffocation. Just remember to make it personal and all yours...
